Child Safeguarding
As with all schools, we operate under the DEY Child Safeguarding Procedures and we place student welfare and wellbeing at the centre of our work.
The school's Board of Management has adopted, without amendment, the DEY Child Safeguarding Procedures.
The documents below are important and enable us to ensure that student welfare is prioritised and issues / concerns arising are dealt with appropriately.
The Board of Management has appointed the Principal (Mr. E. Gaughran) as the Designated Liaison Person (D.L.P.) and the Deputy Principal (Mr. A. O'Suilleabháin) as the Deputy Designated Liaison Person (D.D.L.P.) in respect of Child Safeguarding.

The Principal reports to every Board meeting, as required by the D.E.Y. procedures.
The Board, also, conducts an Annual Review of our Student Anti Bullying procedures and their implementation.
